D'Bria Bradshaw, Esq., MBA Founder & President

D’Bria Bradshaw founded D.E.B.S. Foundation in July of 2013 hoping to make changes in the lives of young adults who valued education. Bradshaw is one of many multicultural college graduates who has not allowed her background to limit the opportunities she is exposed to. This University of Central Florida and St. Thomas University School of Law graduate has held numerous leadership roles on campus and in her community. D’Bria has been presented as a valuable asset by her professional network.

D’Bria Bradshaw has allowed herself to navigate the route of her own success - a skill she pushes everyone to develop. Her experience and insight not only encourages the scholars to dedicate themselves to their academics, but also motivates them to get involved in their community.

Kelsey Jay, Executive Director of Organizational Development

Kelsey Jay has visually created the dreams of our foundation. This University of Central Florida graduate attained a degree in advertising and public relations. His talent to communicate ideas allows him to educate and inspire others. Jay not only helps his peers, he also inspires the community in the form of artistic expression. His creativity has contributed to a community initiative that introduces Central Florida to historical black art. And as a leader he has realized that in order to recognize an opportunity, an individual must be capable of seeing what contributions they are able to provide.

Jay chooses to encourage the D.E.B.S. Foundation's scholars to use their imagination. He believes the greatest gift an individual can do is create. Kelsey Jay says that the combination of passion and creativity will help him live a life that inspires others, which he feels is the two main tools he will need to be successful.
